Background and Analysis:
The PBIA holds advisory board elections each year. With three current boardmember terms expiring this December plus three existing vacancies, there will be six seats to fill.
The PBIA Bylaws state,
Section 10.01.01. Each year, a nominating committee, shall in September select from among the ratepayers in good standing persons to stand for election as Advisory Board members. Ballots shall be (e)mailed to current ratepayers in good standing. Newly elected Advisory Board members will be installed the first board meeting of January.
At this meeting, the Board should form a nominating committee to recruit ratepayers to stand for election. See attached for more information.
