Recommended Action
Identify Youth Council members to serve in 2026 Youth Council leadership positions.  Once completed move to approve a slate of Youth Council members to serve in the 2026 Youth Council leadership positions.

Background and Analysis:
The Youth Council holds annual elections to fill leadership positions critical to the council’s operations. The positions include Chair, Chair Pro Tem, Secretary, Treasurer, and three Vice Chairs for Communications, Policy, and Outreach. These roles ensure effective governance, facilitate meetings, coordinate subcommittee activities, and represent youth interests in community decision-making.

The Youth Council’s election process prioritizes inclusivity by allowing self-nominations and multiple nominations per position.
