Project Information:

The Subject project is comprised of 0.217 acres located within the Residential 6-12 Zoning District. The site is located at 1909 Olympia Avenue NE. The planned subdivision will subdivide the 90’ x 105’ parcel into two lots that will each contain 4,725 square feet. Access for the two lots will be from Olympia Avenue. The site is relatively flat with minimal vegetation. Domestic water services and sanitary sewer will be extended to each lot.
