Project Information:

This is a presubmission conference for a two phase project that will consist of 30 apartments ranging from studio to 2-bedroom, 20 condominiums ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom, with approximately 5,100 square feet of commercial/retail space.  The project encompasses 2 parcels 49500200500 & 49500200400.  A boundary line adjustment is also proposed.The project will demolish all existing structures on the site.
