Type of Action Request:

The applicant requests approval of a Conditional Use Shoreline Permit and Shoreline Development Permit for improvements to an existing marina. The proposed project involves replacing the existing solid-decked piers, ramps, floats and creosote-treated timber pilings with new structures constructed using modern, environmentally protective materials. The replacement facilities will include new piers, ramps, pilings and float systems designed to meet current environmental standards and regulatory requirements. Replacement of an existing domestic water service line that has eroded along the shoreline will be replaced with new and a new water main and fire hydrant will also be installed within the existing parking lot.
