Issue:
The Community and Economic Revitalization Committee (CERC) held a half-day urban design work shop on April 5th and a makeup meeting on April 16th for those Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) members were unable to attend the April 5th meeting. At these meetings the CERC and CAC members engaged in a visioning process focused on redevelopment of the Isthmus. Using the results from the two work shop sessions, the consulting team has prepared two design scenarios as well as a baseline condition for the CERC's and the CAC's consideration. Staff and the consultant team will also be looking for feedback about next steps in the Community Renewal Area (CRA) process from the committee.
