Project Information:
This project proposed to short plat lot 36 of Blackberry Hill Plat into 6 lots and 2 tracts for multifamily, five 4-plex and one duplex units.
Blackberry St Se will be extended through the site with a turnaround for Emergency Vehicles and Solid Waste trucks similar to what was constructed in Phase 1 using the access tracts with a wide concrete driveway approach.
Tract A will be a combination of SVPA and stormwater.
Tract B will be a shared parking lot for the short plat.
Utilities will be extended through the short plat. Sewer will be a combination of shallow gravity to serve Lots 2, 3 and 6, force main for the rest. Storm will consist of individual drywells on each lot and an infiltration pond for the road after being treated by a filter vault.
