Committee Recommendation:
Approve the recommended appointments.
City Manager Recommendation:
Move to approve appointment of Stephen Austin and Heather Youckton to the Olympia Heritage Commission, and Candace Jacobs and Brock Milliern to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee to the terms listed below, as recommended by General Government Committee.

Background and Analysis:
General Government Committee interviewed applicants on April 2. Respective committee chairs also attended the interviews and provided their advice to General Government Committee.
The following appointments are unanimously recommended. Applications are available for review in the Council office.
Olympia Heritage Commission:
· Stephen Austin - 3 year term ending March 31, 2018
· Heather Youckton - 3 year term ending March 31, 2018
Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee:
· Brock Milliern - vacant term ending March 31, 2017
· Candace Jacobs - vacant term ending March 31, 2016
