Appointments to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee
Issue:
Four positions are open on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, and the committee meets this Wednesday.
Committee Recommendation:
Move to approve the reappointment of Anne Fritzel and the new appointment of Joe Ford, Christina Lock, and Kathy Weed to three year terms ending March 31, 2015.
City Manager's Recommendation:
Move to approve the recommendations from the General Government Committee.

Background and Analysis:
Four positions are open on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. The General Government Committee interviewed applicants on Monday, March 21, and recommends:
· Anne Fritzel - reappoint to a three year term ending March 31, 2015
· Joe Ford - appoint to a three year term ending March 31, 2015
· Christina Lock - appoint to a three year term ending March 31, 2015
· Kathy Weed - appoint to a three year term ending March 31, 2015
Committee co-chair Clark Gilman participated in the interviews, and he supports the recommendations.
Appointment tonight will allow the individuals to participate in the BPAC meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22.
