Background and Analysis:
Last year was the first year of the Neighborhood Pathways Program. Based on feedback from applicants and neighborhood representatives, staff is proposing modifications to the program. BPAC comment on the changes is sought. Proposed program changes will be presented to Council, tentatively in January.
