Project Information:

This proposal is to build 90 apartment units on commercial Lot 208 of the recorded Phase III Plat OF Village at Mill Pond. The apartment buildings will be likely comprised of 12 and 18 units over a total of 7 buildings. 138 parking stall are proposed. City utilities have already been stubbed to the property along with PSE for power. Each building will be connected to City of Olympia Water and Sewer, PSE power, and connect to the Village at Mill Pond stormwater system.
