Background and Analysis:
At the beginning of each calendar year, the Olympia City Council traditionally holds a retreat to develop understanding and agreement on plans, priorities, and protocols for successfully leading the City in the coming year.
The 2026 City Council retreat is currently proposed to be held on January 9 and 10, 2026 at Olympia City Hall. The chosen retreat facilitator, Amy Leneker, has interviewed Councilmembers to develop a draft retreat agenda. The draft agenda will be discussed at this meeting.
