Background and Analysis:

This presentation will focus on the hiring practices of Parks Maintenance and our efforts to develop a diverse workforce.  Hiring for permanent positions, seasonal maintenance worker positions, and our new Paid Work Study program will all be covered in some detail to describe how we try to attract and hire diverse candidates.
