Background:
Based on Civil Service Rule V, Registers, Initial Eligibility Lists, initial eligibility lists were established with candidates who successfully met the qualifications of Entry-Level Firefighter-Paramedic and applied internally following an announcement regarding a paramedic school opportunity. One (1) candidate applied and one (1) candidate was invited to interview. One (1) candidate participated, and one (1) candidate passed. One (1) candidate has been placed on the register.
One (1) candidate was Male. One (1) candidate was Hispanic/Latino. The interview panel consisted of OFD Deputy Fire Chief, Hillory Flowers, OFD Assistant Fire Chief of EMS, Kevin Maltz and OFD Paramedic Lieutenant, Alex Tomson.
Findings:
One (1) candidate successfully met the qualifications and passed the interview. One (1) candidate has been placed on the register in accordance with a score of 94.67.
