Background and Analysis:
Every year, the Planning Commission holds a public hearing and makes a recommendation on the City's 6-year CFP, and writes a letter of recommendation to the City Council. The Commission's Finance Subcommittee reviews the CFP, meets with staff to ask questions, and brings forward issues to the full Commission for discussion and a final recommendation.

The Planning Commission reviewed the attached drafts at their meeting on September 22. The Subcommittee will meet one more time on October 1, 2014 to prepare a final draft for review this evening. The final draft letter will be emailed to Commissioners over the weekend and presented this evening.
