Project Information:

The Kelsie Estates project is a subdivision of 1.23 acres into 8 residential lots and a Soil and Vegetation Protection Area (SVPA) tract. Access to the site is proposed from Puget Street and Miller Avenue There is one existing residence with associated accessory buildings that will remain. All eight lots will also include 2 accessory dwelling units for a total of 8 single family homes and 16 ADU’s. The project is being planned as a ‘Low Impact Development” with bio-swales, run grading and porous surfaces. City of Olympia sewer and water will be extended to each dwelling unit.
