Background and Analysis:
The Independent Salary Commission was convened July 2017 to review the Olympia City Council salary and compensation package. The Commission met in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Staff will review the 2023 salary and compensation package for the Olympia City Council and discuss the 2024 approach. Staff will present updated comparable data for the commission to consider. Staff will present a potential 2024 Salary Schedule to help prepare the commission for discussion and further data requests.
