Background and Analysis:
The City has been in the process of considering forming a Community Renewal Area. Selection of a consultant to lead this effort is the next step in this process.

Financial Impact:
$80,000 has been set aside in the 2013 budget for this effort. The City was awarded a $25,000 Community Economic Revitalization Board grant to help support this process.
