Issue:
Staff has completed work on a Draft Action Plan for carrying out the goals and policies in the Comprehensive Plan. The Commission was briefed regarding this proposal on May 4, 2015 (see staff report 15-0435), and after a brief discussion 'tabled' the matter for continued discussion on May 18, 2015, to provide Commission members with an opportunity to review the material available on the City website.
