Vacancies exist on the Arts Commission, Design Review Board, Heritage Commission, and Utility Advisory Committee.

General Government Committee unanimously recommends the appointments listed below.

Move to approve the appointment recommendations from General Government Committee.

Background and Analysis:
There are current vacancies on: Arts Commission (1); Design Review Board (1); Heritage Commission (2); and Utility Advisory Committee (1).
General Government Committee interviewed applicants on April 14, and unanimously recommends the following appointments to the listed terms:
- Diana Fairbanks to the Arts Commission - replacing Megan Drygas who resigned; term ending March 31, 2014.
- Angela Rush to the Design Review Board - new Council appointed position with a term beginning September 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2015.
- Benjamin Helle to the Heritage Commission - replacing Ian Macek who resigned; term ending March 31, 2014.
- Nicholas Vann to the Heritage Commission - replacing Spencer Daniels; term ending March 31, 2016.
- Steve Fossum to the Utility Advisory Committee - vacant position with a term ending March 31, 2016.
