5 year budget projections for the General Fund (revenue and expenses).

Background and Analysis:
The 2013 Finance Committee work plan includes discussion of a 5 year operating budget projection at the July. Staff will discuss various options with the committee and distribute a 5 year plan.

The Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (CNA) has expressed interest in reviewing the assumptions and projections.
