Background and Analysis:

The City’s website includes a webpage for BPAC information, which includes space for a photograph. Prior to COVID, when the committee regularly met in person, they met a few minutes early for one meeting each year to take a group photo in front of City Hall.

Since COVID the committee has met remotely and subsequently hasn’t updated their group photo in years. Because many of the members pictured no longer serve on the committee, staff recently replaced the photo with a picture of a pedestrian using our recently reconstructed Franklin and 5th Ave intersection.

Since BPAC’s May meeting, staff surveyed members regarding their availability and found no obvious window to schedule a photo shoot. The committee will decide whether and how to meet to update this photo with a current group photo.

Options:

1.                     Schedule a photo shoot to coincide with an in-person meeting

2.                     Schedule a photo shoot at a date outside of a meeting date

3.                     Do not update the photo at this time

Financial Impact:

No financial impact.
