Select or narrow list of potential dates for the Commission's annual retreat. The Commission may also choose select members of a 'retreat-planning work group.'

Issue:
The City provides support for one annual retreat for each of its advisory committees. To ensure that all members have an opportunity to attend, the retreat should be scheduled well in advance.

Background and Analysis:
In mid-May the City staff solicited feedback from members regarding some potential retreat dates in June, July and September. Eight of nine commissioners (including new member Robert Ragland) participated. The leading 'candidates' were Saturday morning (9 to 12) on July 11, September 12 and September 26.
