Background and Analysis:
The Olympia City Council mid-year retreat will be Saturday, September 15, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the LOTT Board Room, 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia.
Agenda: City Council will review a proposed agenda at its meeting on Tuesday, September 11. The reviewed agenda will be posted on the city's website, Wednesday, September 12.

The following recommendations could be considered routine, "housekeeping" in nature as they describe and/or document current practice:
