Move to recommend that City Council adopt code amendment as proposed by City staff.

Issue:
On February 2, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding a proposed amendment of the development code to restrict consideration of zoning map amendments to twice each year. The Commission announced that any written comments submitted by February 13 would be considered. No additional written comments were received. The Commission may now deliberate and prepare a recommendation to the City Council on this issue.
