Background and Analysis:
Each year committees review their annual workplan with the City Council. However, the Finance Committee did not submit a work plan in the past because the majority of the work items are referred by the Council and the workplan is usually just an outline to allow emerging issues to be referred to the committee.
This year the Council has asked to review the workplan.
Attached is a skeleton of your workplan. Although it may look like there are months where you don't have many agenda items, I am confident the agendas will be filled.
