Project Information:
The Rocco Townhouse project consists of 8 townhouse units in two
buildings, four units per building. The site slopes up from Division
Street, going east to west. The site is heavily treed, and the project
development is wholly on the east side of the project. The west portion
of the site will remain unchanged, with the majority of trees
untouched.
It is the applicant’s desire to have individual fenced yards to the west
for privacy and would like to create a trellis system with landscaping
along the Division Street frontage to screen the access driveway and
garage doors. It is expected that this driveway will be between four and
six feet above the level of the road, so it shouldn’t be difficult to
provide an effective screen.
The design intent is to have an access easement on both sides of the
property that the neighbors will share.
