Project Information:
The Park is currently permitted for 54 mobile homes/Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) and this application proposes to amend the existing CPU to allow for 15 additional mobile home spaces, resulting in 69 spaces. All new mobile home spaces meet the minimum space area of 2,500 square feet and minimum width of 30 feet as shown on the Preliminary Plans that accompany this application. Improvements to the existing development include upgrades to the existing on-site private street network, removal and/or relocating of existing structures, utility upgrades, designating open space tracts, and modifying some existing mobile home spaces.
