Project Information:
The project, located at 2104 state avenue ne, includes the demolition of the (2) existing one story structures presently on the site. The new 9926 square foot behavioral health resources building will include 19 residential units comprised of (8) 1 bedroom and (11) studios in a two story garden style structure with a courtyard opening to the south facing state avenue. The site is located in the hdc-2 zone and will be a r-2 occupancy of type v-b construction with fire sprinklers. The building will be serviced by an elevator and have accessory spaces including an office for on-site staff, on site laundry facilities and storage spaces.
