Background and Analysis:
In 2010, the City of Olympia completed construction of the roundabout at the intersection of 18th Avenue and Hoffman Road SE. The Right-of-Way Dedication Deed converts a portion of property acquired by the City to public right-of-way.  The portion of property covered by the Right-of-Way Dedication Deed is now part of a new public roadway and sidewalk.

This is a routine action that clarifies the property is now for use by the public. This also ensures that there will be no question about the City's authority to enforce traffic safety laws on this property.

Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):

Options:
1.      Authorize the City Manager to sign the Right-of -Way documents.
