Discussion of potential topics and focus of annual retreat on September 26, 2015. The Commission may select members for a retreat planning work group.

Background and Analysis:
On June 1 the Commission selected the morning of September 26 for its annual retreat and 'continued' the discussion of topics to the next meeting. Among topics discussed on June 1 were: attendance by Olympia's new Economic Development Director, Renée Sunde; meeting with the yet-to-be selected consultant supporting the 'Downtown Strategy' and/or the redevelopment partner selected for the Community Renewal Area; and meeting with members of the Community and Economic Revitalizaton Committee (CERC) of Council (or the whole Council). (Note: it is unlikely that the the CRA partner will be selected by September.)
