Background and Analysis:
One of the recommended next steps in the Investment Strategy: City of Olympia Opportunity Areas report suggests that City Council convene a development roundtable to discuss how to more effectively build predictability into the development of opportunity sites in order to build the confidence of investors and developers. A proposed scope for the development roundtable is attached as Attachment 1.
