Background and Analysis:

In 2017, the City of Olympia voters passed a Public Safety Levy Lid Lift funding Olympia Police Department (OPD) programs including the Neighborhood Policing Unit.  In this update, OPD will present program data and stories to show the impact of this new program on our community and partnerships with other City Departments.

The OPD programs directly impact the Olympia Community by providing non-traditional police resources and responses to current issues in the City of Olympia.
