Background and Analysis:
Over the course of three special meetings on April 19, April 20 and May 2, the Community Livability and Public Safety Committee interviewed 21 applicants for the inaugural seats on the newly established, nine-member Cultural Access Program Advisory Board. The Committee recommends the following appointments to the new Commission:
* Mariella Luz to Position #1, with a term ending March 31, 2026
* Paul Parker to Position #2, with a term ending March 31, 2026
* Melissa Meade to Position #3, with a term ending March 31, 2026
* Justin McKaughan to Position #4, with a term ending March 31, 2025
* Mikaela Shafer to Position #5, with a term ending March 31, 2025
* Bret Anderson to Position #6, with a term ending March 31, 2025
* Anne Larsen to Position #7, with a term ending March 31, 2024
* Diana Fairbanks to Position #8, with a term ending March 31, 2024
* Kris Tucker to Position #9 with a term ending March 31, 2024
