Background and Analysis:
The Land Use and Environment Committee requested an opportunity to publicly recognize and thank the downtown ambassadors. The program has two components: downtown ambassadors and the downtown clean team.
The Downtown Ambassador pilot program is coordinated on contract with the Capital Recovery Center by Rob Richards, Program Manager. The ambassadors and clean team members are employees of the Center.
