Issue:
The City is moving to Legistar for managing all public meeting agendas and minutes. This new online legislative management system is in response to the City Council's direction to standardize the Council and Advisory Committee meeting bodies. The system is also in response to the public's difficulty in finding and accessing many of our agendas and attachments.
Legistar is a comprehensive agenda and minutes workflow solution for government bodies. From drafting files to final approval, Legistar is an automated solution designed to reduce workloads and create a more efficient method for managing agendas and minutes. Agendas and minutes are easily published to the City's Legistar website once they are approved.
During this brief presentation, Caroline will show you how to navigate through Legistar to view agendas, packet materials, and meeting minutes.
