Background and Analysis:
The 2013 Operating budget was presented on October 16th. The Council held a public hearing on November 13th. The Finance Committee discussed during their November 8th meeting items to add back to the 2013 operating budget with the funding from the Sales Tax initiative. The Committee will discuss funding options with the Council. In addition, this is an opportunity for the Council to discuss changes following the public hearing. Staff is hoping to begin budget balancing at this meeting. Following this meeting the budget schedule is:
