An opportunity to hear from the public on the naming of the Artesian Well park site.

Background and Analysis:

On July 23, 2013, the City Council officially designed the .2 acre property, located at 415 4^th Avenue E, as a park.  The park boundary includes the Artesian Well.

Naming Process

August 6 - 26 - Open period to accept name recommendations from the public

September 5 - PRAC holds Public Hearing

September 5 - PRAC makes name recommendation

September 10 - General Government Committee reviews PRAC name recommendation

October 1 (tentative) - City Council officially names Artesian Well park site
