Project Information:
The project consists of two existing, undeveloped lots on Prospect Ave between Pear St NE and Quince St NE just east of downtown. The development proposed to construct a two story, 4 plex- townhome style building with garage on the west lot, and a two story walk up 6 unit building on the east lot.
