Issue:
Discuss the draft 2025 - 2026 Work Plan. The Work Plan needs to be finalized by the March 6, 2025 UAC meeting.

Background and Analysis:
The 2025 - 2026 UAC work plan covers meetings from April 2025 to March 2026. Utility staff and the UAC members develop the draft UAC work plan with input from the Finance Committee, which is the UAC's liaison committee. The Council Finance Committee is the liaison to the UAC.
The UAC work plan will consist of both typical annual tasks, utility related briefings and policy and will have some space for UAC initiated topics. Initial items to be included are listed below:
* Utility Rates, Budget and Fees
* Utility Rate Assistance Programs
* Municipal Stormwater Permit Reporting and Updates
* Capital Facilities Plan
* Affordable Housing Infrastructure Support
* Waste ReSources Facility Update
* Water System Seismic Upgrades
* Semi Annual Finance Updates
During the February 6th UAC meeting, staff will review the draft work plan items and discuss any other items that interest the UAC. Staff is proposing 8 meetings between April 2025 and March 2026 in the same schedule as the last work plan year.
Next Steps:
Staff and UAC members will finalize the 2025-2026 work plan and recommend approval at the March 6, 2025 UAC meeting. Staff will then forward it to the Community Livability and Public Safety Council Committee, with Council adoption in late March.
Climate Analysis:
