Issue:
The Planning Commission customarily forms a subcommittee or 'committee of the whole' to review the annual capital facilities plan update proposed by City staff and to make a recommendation to the Commission. Thus far, five Commission members have expressed an interest in serving on such a subcommittee in 2015.
