The City Building Official must be clearly authorized to issue stop work orders for those in violation of rules, regulations, and proclamations issued by the Governor, City Manager, Director of Emergency Management, or the Mayor in a declared emergency. This amendment adds that authority to Olympia Municipal Code Section 16.04.050.
