Issue:
Whether to move forward with changing the monthly PBIA Advisory Board meeting date and time.

Background and Analysis:
During the November PBIA Advisory Board meeting, members requested reevaluating the monthly meeting date and/or time. A survey was sent out to PBIA Board members to determine if Wednesdays were still the best time to meet. The survey has returned six responses with a divide between Wednesday and Thursday. A further vote may be needed to solidify which day of the week to choose.

There is no real affect to climate.
Equity Analysis:
Making sure that a vote is cast for which day of the week works best for Board members ensures an equitable meeting time and space for both board members and the community.
Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
The downtown community should be informed of any changes to the meeting date, as such updates may affect their ability to attend upcoming or future meetings.
Options:
1. Maintain current meeting time being the first Wednesday of the month
2. Change monthly meetings to a Thursday within the month
3. Change monthly meetings to a different Wednesday of the month
