Background:
LEOFF 1 member is requesting approval to purchase hearing aids from Robertson Hearing Clinic in the amount of $6,200.00. Members current hearing aids were purchased in 2021. This request is in compliance with the LOEFF Board policies and procedures and includes a quote and audiologist report from Costco. This member is requesting to purchase from Robertson Hearing Clinic instead of Costco as the quality of the hearing aids from Robertson Hearing Clinic is a better quality hearing aid.
