Project Information:
All existing impervious surfaces on the site will either be removed or reused if they are
determined to be in suitable condition. Portions of the existing perimeter fence and Ecology Block retaining wall along the northern and western property boundaries will be removed, along with the existing cloth-covered structure. A new parking lot is proposed, consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet of asphalt and more than 100 parking stalls to serve as parking for parcel to the north. A concrete sidewalk will be constructed along the southern portion of parcel 65102900100 (parcel above the main site) to provide pedestrian access to the new parking lot. A staircase will also be incorporated to accommodate the significant grade difference created by the existing retaining wall. A new 30-foot-wide entrance/exit will be constructed along the frontage, with sidewalk improvements extending from the adjacent northern parcel. An additional entrance/exit is proposed along the eastern side of the parcel, providing a connection to the existing asphalt area on the adjacent eastern parcel.
