Background and Analysis:
At its July 11, 2013 meeting, the Finance Committee requested a briefing on the general condition of Percival Landing and how the proposed new SMP requirements would affect the current design assumptions and eventual reconstruction. Staff will present and discuss information with the Committee at the meeting.
