Background and Analysis:
Since 1960, the American Public Works Association has sponsored National Public Works Week as an opportunity to recognize the important contribution that Public Works employees make to their communities. This year's theme is "Building for Today, Planning for Tomorrow."
In honor of National Public Works Week, Rich Hoey will make a brief presentation highlighting recent awards received by the City's Public Works Department.
