Background and Analysis:
A preliminary year-end report was reviewed by the Finance Committee on February 11. The Committee agreed to appropriate all of the excess fund balance to the Building Repair fund. The Appropriation Ordinance was previously approved on first reading.
Options:
1) Adopt or do not adopt the ordinance on second reading.
Financial Impact:
Appropriating $200,000 for technology capital projects, $23,000 for jail repairs, $10,000 for the Economic Development Council contract, and $319,440 for building repair and replacement. In addition to these appropriations, $223,280 remains to be appropriated which would require an Ordinance.
