Background:
Based on Civil Service Rule V, Registers, Initial Eligibility Lists, initial eligibility lists were established with candidates who passed the Public Safety Testing written and physical exams. Nineteen (19) candidates were invited to the phase 1 suitability assessment. Ten (10) candidates have participated in the phase 1 suitability assessment, and three (3) successfully passed. Three (3) were invited to an oral interview and three (3) candidates participated. One (1) candidate successfully passed the oral interview.
One (1) candidate was Female and one (1) candidate was White/Caucasian. The interview panel consisted of OPD Sergeant Aaron Ficek, OPD Officer Brian Hegge, and Community Member, Ron Parker.
Findings:
One (1) candidate has passed the phase 1 suitability assessment and the oral interview and have been placed on the register with a score of 85.21.
