Background and Analysis:
The Ad Hoc CRA Committee continues to work with the selected consultuant ECONorthwest to finalize a scope of work for this project. Councilmember Langer and staff will present a brief overview of the scope of work and next steps in the development of a CRA in Olympia.
Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
Property owner, stakeholder and public outreach and involvement is a critical element of the CRA process.

Financial Impact:
$80,000 has been budgeted for this project and a grant for $25,000 has been awarded from the Department of Commerce to support this work.
